If ever there was a mashed potato dish that I can fall in love with, it’s this one. The mashed potato part is traditional.
It’s made with real butter, real milks, russet potatoes and love. What could we possibly do to it to make it better? We take thinly sliced garlic cloves, pan roast them in butter and layer that over the potatoes. We then take freshly grated Asiago cheese and cover the dish. After which we roast it in the oven until the cheese turns a beautiful golden brown.
